Today I would like to share a little background on something I was introduced to this summer. It is a great resource that a colleague told me about. Their goal is to profile certain industries in which people (mostly students) would be interested in interning. They then take the next step to profile specific companies that have great internship programs, they may profile a past intern and share his or her testimony about their internship experience and they also highlight certain cities. Intern Memo also serves as a guidance resource in that they offer advice for job interviews, tips on writing cover letters, how to impress a future boss and so much more. All of this very helpful information is accessible via email newsletter, facebook group messages and/or frequent visits to their website
